How to Navigate Between Slides in Slideshow View in the Veeva CRM Desktop App?

Question:

How can users navigate between slides while in Slideshow view in the CRM Desktop App? 

Answer:

When displaying a CLM Presentation in Slideshow view in the CRM Desktop App, users have two options to navigate between slides other than any navigation links built in the presentation itself such as arrows, home buttons, or topic buttons:

  • Users can navigate to the next or previous slide using the left and right arrow keys on the keyboard, and exit the Slideshow View with the Esc key. 

  • Users can also right-click the current slide and choose these same navigation options, along with a shortcut to the last-viewed slide. The right-click menu also displays the keyboard shortcuts for navigation.
