How are the previous Survey Target responses populated when creating a Survey Target of Recurring Survey in CRM iPad?

Answer:

When creating a Survey Target from Call or CLM (where available), the most recently submitted Survey Target responses are pre-populated on the newly created Survey Target.
From the Survey Targets related list of Accounts or the Survey Targets tab, when hitting the Create button or + to create a Survey Target, no answers are pre-populated.
However, from the Survey Targets related list of Accounts, if the user opens an existing Survey Target and hits Update Responses that will create a new Survey Target, then the answers will be pre-populated with those from the selected Survey Target.
