A report is shared with an end-user. This report is based on the User Object. When the end-user attempts to access this report, an error is displayed: Insufficient Privileges.
The user is missing the SFDC permission View Setup and Configuration.
To grant this permission follow these steps:
- Log into the CRM org as a System Administrator.
- Navigate to the end-user profile.
- Click Edit.
- Scroll down to View Setup and Configuration.
- Enable the View Setup and Configuration setting.
- Click Save.
- Clear Veeva Cache.
After these steps are completed the end-user is able to view the report based on the user object.
