Overview:
After performing a sync of CLM content from Vault to CRM, an error message is displayed in CLM Admin: distribution record version does not match with doc id.
Root Cause:
The error Distribution record version does not match with doc id is a result of the document's distribution record being older than the version of the document.
Solution:
To correct this issue, edit and populate the CRM Media Type field on the affected documents within Vault.
Note: If the value HTML is selected, a Distribution Package must be manually uploaded.
