Overview:
Vault does not rollup the Actual Finish Date for milestones
Root Cause:
When the "Enable Milestone Autocompletion" feature flag is enabled and the "Next Milestone" has its "Autocomplete" field set to any field except "Off", then the "Previous Milestone's" Actual Finish Date (actual_finish_date__v) will NOT be rolled up to the "Next Milestone".
Instead, milestone autocompletion populates the Actual Finish Date field.
Changing the Milestone's "Autocomplete" field later from "Any Dependency" -> "Off" does not re-trigger Milestone date rollups.
Solution:
If the Milestone's Autocomplete field was updated to Off, then the fix would be to Change the previous milestone "Actual Finish Date" to a later date, and then change the "Actual Finish Date" back to the original date in order to re-trigger Milestone date rollups
