Overview:
A document is not appearing in TMF Viewer In Vault
Root Cause:
If an archived Study, Country, or Site has both archived and non-archived documents, only archived documents will be visible in the TMF Viewer. This is working as designed.
Note: If the archived Study, Country, or Site has only non-archived documents, the document type will not appear in TMF Viewer.
