Overview:
In TMF Viewer, a reclassified document is displayed in different locations for some Vault users. Vault Owners are not able to recreate this, only the current classification is showing the document.
Root Cause:
The reason that some users are seeing the document in two different classifications is that their document role(s) do not allow them to see the document in the latest Steady State. Vault will return the documents in the TMF viewer based on all roles, not the most permissible.
Solution:
To fix this, a Vault Owner should give the user in question View access to the latest Steady State.
Vault Owners have access to documents in every state which is why they do not see the document in two places.
