Problem:
Users assigned to a custom permission set cannot view the Archive Readiness section on Study object records, even when section atomic security controls are set to View and layout rules are inactive or properly configured.
Root Cause:
The user's assigned permission set does not have Object Control Permissions enabled for the Archive Readiness section under the Study object permissions.
Solution:
To enable visibility for the Archive Readiness section on Study records, update the corresponding permission set:
Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets.
Select the affected permission set.
Select Objects > Study.
Scroll to the Object Control Permissions area.
Enable the View permission for Archive Readiness.
Select Save.
