Why Are Documents Failing to Match to EDL Items In Vault?
Root Cause:
For the EDL match job to match documents successfully, there shouldn't be any duplicate Document Type labels. This includes Document Types that are already inactive.
Solution:
The workaround is to rename the duplicate labels and run a full match job by following the steps below:

- Edit "Match EDL Document" (EDL Batch Job) Job Definition (in Admin > Configuration > Operations > Job Definition)
- Add a new condition. Click Save
- Then, remove the newly added condition. Make sure to change the job status to "Active".
- Click Save.
- Next time, the job will run as a full match job.
