Why does the Days Open field error occur in Vault?

Answer:

The Days Open field is a metric calculated by Vault when the clinical user task is resolved. The calculation compares First Assigned to Completion Date.
 
If you try to populate a Completion Date that's before the First Assigned date, then the user will get the following error because Days Open can't be a negative number.
