Question:

Why is the AI Suggestions Tab on a Document showing a server error when selected?

Answer:

This is because the global_version_id__sys document field Security Override is set to Hidden instead of Read Only.

This is located under Admin > Configuration > Document Fields > Base Document. The user will need to change this value to Read Only.
