Overview:
Study Communication Log record was not created when the Email was sent to Vault
Root Cause:
- The Ingested Email Object type is Inactive and/or
- The Study Communication Log document field is not added to the Base Document type
Solution:

Navigate to Configuration --> Objects --> Study Communication Log --> Object Types --> Ingested Email. Change the Status of the Object Type to Active

Navigate to Configuration --> Document Fields --> Base Document. Add the Study Communication Log document field to the Base Document type by clicking on Existing Shared Field
