Error: There is more than 15,000 records to sync - When Using CRM Sync
The User is attempting to sync too many Account records, as defined by the MAX_ACCOUNTS Veeva Setting or the Max Accounts iPad Veeva Setting
iRep has a hard limit of 50,000 Accounts, and a soft limit that can be set to up to 50,000 via the MAX_ACCOUNTS Veeva Setting. Users will receive an error during sync if they have access to too many Account records. The default value for the "Max Accounts iPad" setting is 15,000 and is the maximum.
Veeva recommends that the number of accounts and related data be kept to a minimum to ensure adequate sync times and optimal application performance.
