Error: Incorrect Packaging Structure - Key Message Content is Downloaded in Veeva CRM Offline

Overview:

Using the non-standard ASCII character like ł in the Key Message content results in an error in the Offline Veeva CRM Application: Incorrect Packaging Structure. This occurs once the Key Message is downloaded. 

Answer:

Do not use special characters like ł in the compressed (.zip) content.

Replacing this character with a normal ASCII one resolves the error.
