Overview:
The Engage users are trying to schedule a Remote Meeting on the online platform, but the page displays the following error message:
Remote Meeting is not fully scheduled - Engage server returned an error. Status: 502, Message: Zoom Error Code: 400, Validation Failed.
Root Cause:
The value of the User_Detail_vod__c.Remote_Meeting_Name_vod__c field has more than 200 characters. According to the Zoom Documentation, it has validation at 200 characters.
Solution:
Reduce the number of characters for User_Detail_vod__c.Remote_Meeting_Name_vod__c to be limited to 200 characters.
