Answer:
When a user receives the error, it means the user is not assigned a License under the Engage Meeting Administration Tab.
To obtain additional licenses, use the following information:
- For Production, contact your Veeva Account Executive (AE)
- For a Sandbox, log into the Support Portal and open a Support ticket
