What type of fields can be used as Channel Source in the Consent Capture Functionality of Veeva CRM?
Answer:
The Channel Source field is located on the Consent Type object. The following field types are supported:
- Phone
- Picklist
- Text
- Formula
Any other field types such as Double or Boolean are currently not supported.
